• It does not cover the vehicle or any components not purchased from us.

• The warranty only covers manufacturing defects or structural malfunctions of the products, not damages caused by:

  • incorrect installation or failure to follow instructions;

  • modifications, tampering, or misuse;

  • natural wear or cosmetic damage not affecting functionality;

  • damage caused by accidents, impacts, or extreme environmental conditions.

2. Activation and Warranty Request Procedure

• To request warranty service, you must send an email to: support@racext.com, including:

  • order number;

  • photos/videos of the issue encountered;

  • detailed description of the defect.

• Our team will evaluate the case and may request additional elements (e.g., product return for inspection).

• If approved, you will receive a free replacement or, if not available, a full or partial refund.

3. Priority Technical Support

• Support is limited to purchased products and provides:

  • email support with a reply within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays);
